Evermore Jewellery Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the At the Atelier platform. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, business name, phone number and billing address.
Payment information — processed securely by our payment gateway partners. We do not store card details.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, consultation activity, device and browser information.
Design and order data — the ring specifications your storefront saves, and the orders you place with us.
Communications — emails, support tickets and messages you send us.

2. How we use your information

To provide and maintain our service.
To process subscriptions, orders and payments.
To send service updates, renewal reminders, billing notices and support replies.
To improve our platform and the user experience.
To comply with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting law.

3. Information about your end customers

Your end customers are your customers, not ours. Where a design or an order carries an end customer's details, we hold that information on your behalf and we use it only to deliver the service to you. We do not market to your customers, we do not sell their details, and we do not contact them.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Payment processors, to complete a transaction.
Cloud infrastructure providers, to host and deliver the service.
Couriers, to deliver a physical shipment.
Email delivery providers, to send transactional email.
Legal authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the service. After you close an account we retain the records that applicable Indian law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records.

6. Data security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit over TLS, secure cloud hosting and role-based access controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to support@attheatelier.com from your registered email address. We respond within 30 days. A deletion request does not override a record we must keep by law.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the platform may not work correctly without the essential ones.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data in a country other than India. Where that happens, we require an appropriate level of protection by contract with the provider.

10. Children

The platform is a business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We post a change on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
