What we do

A retail jeweller has a hard problem. The engagement ring a customer imagines is rarely the ring in the display case, and buying enough stock to cover every taste ties up capital in metal and stones that may never sell.

We built At the Atelier to remove that trade-off. The jeweller shows the whole range on screen, the customer designs the exact ring they want and sees it before they decide, and the jeweller orders it from us only after the sale is made. No capital sits in unsold inventory.

Our business, in one line

We sell software and manufacturing to registered jewellery businesses. We do not sell to consumers, we do not run a consumer shop, and we do not compete with our own customers.

The company

Where we operate

We manufacture in India and we serve retail jewellers in India and in other countries. Our platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure and our support team works from Mumbai during Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 India Standard Time.

How we handle money

Every payment we take comes from a registered jewellery business that holds an account with us. We take two kinds of payment: the monthly software subscription, and the manufacturing price of a ring that a jeweller has ordered. Regulated payment gateway partners process both. We never store card details. We issue a tax invoice for every payment.
