Multi-store and buying groups

A jeweller with several locations, or a buying group, can ask for volume pricing, separate branding for each store, dedicated onboarding and priority support. We quote these arrangements individually. Write to support@attheatelier.com.

Billing terms

  • We bill the subscription in advance for each billing period.
  • The 30-day trial is free. We charge nothing during it. We collect a payment method at signup so that the service continues without interruption when the trial ends.
  • The trial and the paid subscription both renew automatically until you cancel. We remind you by email and in the dashboard 7, 3 and 1 days before every renewal.
  • We charge the Prototypes Kit once, when you order it.
  • We quote each custom ring order in your dashboard before you pay. Nothing is charged automatically for a ring.
  • Goods and Services Tax and any other applicable tax is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice.
  • Our payment gateway partner processes every payment. We never store your card details.
  • We issue a tax invoice for every payment. You can download it from your dashboard.

Currency

We publish our prices in United States Dollars. If your payment is settled in another currency, your bank or card issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add a conversion fee. We do not control that rate or that fee.

Price changes

We may change our published prices. A change never affects a billing period that you have already paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel before it takes effect. A quoted custom order is held at the quoted price for the validity period shown on the quotation.
